We are a small family consisting of Pekka, Elisabet, Nils and Erik Tjernlund. By the way,
our last name is pronounced like "China" or "Chernobyl".
Per, or Pekka (pekka@tjernlund.net) as most people call
him, recently retired from a long career at Ericsson Radio Systems
and is currently enjoying his newfound spare time following the Baltic Sea salmon around the swedish coastal
waters in his small fishing boat.
Elisabet (elisabet@tjernlund.net) is a journalist who has worked at a wide variety of magazines and newspapers. She is
currently employed at a senior-citizen magazine called Veteran Posten. Pekka and Elisabet live in a
four-room apartment in the center of Stockholm.
The oldest son, Nils (nils@tjernlund.net), lives in Sunnyvale, California. He is employed at
Cadence Design Systems in San Jose.
Erik (erik@tjernlund.net) is studying for a
masters degree in Computer Science at the Royal Institute of Technology
in Stockholm. He lives in an apartment on Södermalm, not far from his parents.
